Meritah Wisdom School and Community Program (MWSCP)

What is the Meritah Wisdom School and Community Program?

The Meritah Wisdom School and Community Program (MWSCP) is the branch of our storytelling service tailored to students’ and youths’ various needs, specifically in the school and community settings. Using this service, we undertake practical workshop programs to support our Meritah students and youths’ evolution. We help students of Meritah Ancestry in school settings to face and overcome their challenges of this modern world and the challenges of their public school educational experiences here in the GTA and worldwide.

Meritah Wisdom can reach out to youths and students that the public school system seems to have difficulties. Our experience shows that the children of Meritah Ancestry carry the human genius and spiritual qualities of their Ancestors within them, and the modern system does not fully comprehend. Our teaching and workshop program techniques allow these students and youths to:

  1. Align with their Meritah Indigenous roots
  2. Find harmony in today’s modern living
  3. Learn and preserve their unique Indigenous Ancestral identity
  4. Elevate their human qualities to be of value to themselves, their families, communities, and others

MWSCP and Meritah Wisdom’s Mission

At its core, this program was founded on the deep knowledge of Ancestral history, culture, values, and spirituality. It is on this foundation that it addresses its students and youths based on respect for their individual and collective experiences.

MWSCP Goal

MWSCP follows our elders’ teachings that culture is our immune system. Herein, to live and teach according to one’s culture is to build one’s immune system to survive and be preserved. Learning, living, and teaching through our Ancestral cultural lens to bring about greatness in our students and youths is the goal of MWSCP.

Light is the antidote to darkness. This is what I see when I log into your website. Thank you, Meritah Wisdom,... [Read more]
