What is MWIC?
MWIC stands for Meritah Wisdom Interconnecting Communities. It focuses on introducing the Meritah families and businesses outside the continent of Meritah (diaspora) to connect with trusted business providers in Meritah to do business activities.
Why the Concept of Interconnectedness?
Interconnection is a central foundation of our Meritah Indigenous worldview, ways of being and knowing. We see each other as one family with differences and similarities that we respect and not impose on each other. Our worldview of interconnectedness fortifies the concept that for Meritah people, our strong connections to our Ancestors, elders, families, communities, future descendants, our Lands, plants, animals, and other creatures on the Land, help us live in harmony with nature, making us stronger. On your own, you are weak. This way of knowing reveals our consciousness that all things in the universe are connected and must be cared for.
How MWIC Connects Businesses?
We build the business connections through the utmost care so that trust is assured and built upon by business relationships on their first contact. The connections created are based on already existing loyal business relationships or strong referrals from trusted sources.
List of Interconnecting Businesses
The list of interconnecting businesses currently is not exhaustive in the least. Still, only a start as MWIC will continue to build as Meritah Wisdom proceeds in its commitments. Below is the list of services that you can benefit from at this time:
- Information Technology (IT): In this role, the following services can be provided: IT Support specialist; Web Development; Quality assurance tester; Database Management and other related projects.
